RECEIVED A LETTER?


If we've sent you a letter, it's because we've found dormant assets that belong to you. Each year we uncover millions of dollars in unclaimed or lost assets due to people who are never notified. Often there is an expiration date to file a claim for the assets before they revert to a governmental agency. Most of the assets that we discover are not available by an Internet search and it is unlikely you will ever be notified of their existence without the efforts of a company like ours.

JLI's services are focused on three major components:

1. Determine the exact location of the individual's dormant assets;
2. Locate the person who has legal entitlement to those assets;
3. Provide all the legal support and documentation to aid in the recovery of those assets.

Now that we have worked hard to locate you, simply fill in the information requested. Sometimes we have to prove your identity and ownership of your asset so we will need a copy of your government issued photo ID (Driver's license, passport, etc...). If you do not feel comfortable submitting that to us, please refer to the "Forms to Download" section of this website and print out the Notarized Sworn Statement form. You can have it notarized and mailed back to us instead of your government issued ID.
The recovery process can take up to 90 days. The sooner you begin the recovery process, the sooner we can file a successful claim for you. Please call our staff with any questions you may have. We are always available and glad to help.
